Step 1 of 4
Deep Cleaning
Everything starts with a thorough cleaning. We use professional-grade Techniseal cleaners matched to the specific stains on your pavers, combined with controlled pressure washing. This removes dirt, efflorescence, rust, oil, moss, algae, and any other contaminants that have built up over the years. The goal is a completely clean surface, ready for the next steps.
Step 2 of 4
Joint Sand Removal
Once the surface is clean, we remove the old, broken-down joint sand from between every paver. This is critical because old sand loses its binding properties over time, allowing weeds, insects, and water to get underneath. We clear every joint down to the proper depth so the new polymeric sand has a solid foundation to bond to.
Step 3 of 4
Repair & Reset
With the surface clean and joints cleared, we can see every issue. Sunken pavers are lifted and the base is re-graded. Shifted pavers are reset to proper alignment. Cracked or broken units are replaced with matching pavers. Edge restraints are repaired or installed where needed. When we are done, the surface is level, stable, and uniform.
Step 4 of 4
Sealing & Protection
The final step seals and protects your investment. We apply Techniseal sealer that shields your pavers from UV damage, staining, and moisture penetration. Depending on your preference, we offer film-forming sealers for enhanced color and sheen, or penetrating sealers for invisible protection that maintains the natural look. Either way, your pavers are now defended against the elements for years to come.
