Professional Paver Services
What We Do
Every paver surface tells a story. We make sure yours tells the right one. Explore our full range of professional services.
Step One
Deep Cleaning
Before any restoration can begin, the surface needs to be thoroughly cleaned. We use professional-grade Techniseal cleaners specifically formulated for each type of stain, combined with controlled pressure washing to strip away years of dirt, grime, and biological growth without damaging the pavers.
This is not a "power wash and go" operation. Different stains require different treatments. We identify what is on your pavers and treat each issue with the right solution.
Stain Types We Treat
Efflorescence
White mineral deposits
Rust Stains
Iron oxide discoloration
Oil & Grease
Automotive and cooking oils
Moss & Algae
Biological growth
Paint & Tar
Surface coatings and spills
Hard Water
Calcium and mineral buildup
Step Two
Repair & Reset
Over time, pavers shift, sink, and settle. Tree roots push them up. Foot traffic and weather create uneven surfaces that are both unsightly and hazardous. Our repair process addresses all of these issues.
We carefully lift affected pavers, re-grade the base material, and reset each paver to the correct level and alignment. Cracked or severely damaged pavers are replaced with matching units. The result is a surface that is level, safe, and visually uniform.
What We Fix
- Sunken or raised pavers from settling or root damage
- Shifted pavers with widened or uneven joints
- Cracked, chipped, or broken pavers
- Edge restraint repair and replacement
- Drainage corrections and grading adjustments
Step Three
Polymeric Joint Sand
Joint sand is the unsung hero of any paver surface. Regular sand washes out, invites weeds, and allows insects to colonize the gaps. Polymeric sand changes the game entirely.
We use Techniseal's premium polymeric sand, which activates with water to form a firm, flexible bond between pavers. It resists washout from rain and pressure washing, prevents weed germination, and keeps ants and other insects from burrowing into the joints.

Step Four
Sealing & Protection
The final step in the restoration process is sealing. A quality sealer protects your pavers from UV damage, staining, and the freeze-thaw cycle that can deteriorate unprotected surfaces. It also enhances the natural color of your pavers, giving them a rich, vibrant appearance.
We offer two types of sealers, each suited for different preferences and conditions. Both are Techniseal products applied according to manufacturer specifications.
Film-Forming Sealers
Creates a visible coating on the surface. Available in gloss and matte finishes. Enhances color dramatically and provides excellent stain resistance. Best for patios and pool decks where a "wet look" or satin finish is desired.
Penetrating Sealers
Absorbs into the paver without changing the surface appearance. Provides invisible protection against moisture, salt, and staining. Ideal for driveways and areas where a natural, uncoated look is preferred.
